Are you looking for an outpatient position with a flexible schedule in a quiet and calm environment? We got you! We have positions available at our conveniently located office in Lakeville, Minnesota. You can arrange your own schedule to be hybrid or full time in-office. If you’re eager to grow professionally in a supportive environment, we’d love for you to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Offer outpatient therapy online and/or in-person
• See clients with various mental health issues with intakes focused on your specialty
• Diagnostic Assessments and develop treatment plans & keep documentation up to date,
• Choose if you would like to participate in established group insurance contracts
• Be supported by a top-notch billing specialist & user-friendly EHR
• Bi-weekly pay at competitive percentage
• You will also have an opportunity to participate in staff meetings and/or social events

What We’re Looking For

• Ethically sound profession committed to the rules and standards of their licensing board
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently
• A commitment to our mission and values.
