Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences and on track to licensure.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional boundaries.
• Ability to submit documentation timely and work with diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the weekly Clinic Director and Clinic Manager meetings.
• Provide 1:1 supervision with therapy staff to review productivity and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues with Valant, Teams, Outlook, and billing.
• Monitor clinic capacity and assist in hiring processes.
