Unitek Learning is seeking a Mental Health BSN Nursing Instructor to join the Workforce Solutions partnership in Fresno. The instructor will provide clinical site education, supervise student nursing experiences, and ensure learning outcomes are met across clinical and skills-lab settings.

The role requires an active California BRN license, eligibility for instructor approval in relevant specialties, and a Master’s degree or BSN with Master’s enrollment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid, unencumbered license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Eligible for CA BRN Instructor approval for Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics.
• Master’s degree (or BSN with active Master’s enrollment) and academic preparation for the subject they teach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical site education to students in the Workforce Solutions program.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences in assigned facilities.
• Evaluate student performance against clinical learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical performance.
• Assist with program reporting and data collection.
• Keep current with safety regulations and teaching innovations.
• Interact with students via office hours and electronic communication.
