Coach is seeking an Associate Buyer for Men's Ready-to-Wear North America, based in New York. You will manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory strategies to support Coach's North America MRTW sales plans, partnering with both Outlet and Retail channels across the region.

The role requires strong data analysis, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years buying, allocation or planning experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales performance, pricing and inventory levels to identify opportunities.
• Create product strategies balancing new customers with historical trends.
• Communicate seasonal strategies with cross-functional partners for store allocation, online merchandising, and marketing.
• Manage a sized category and plan sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with peers to create synergies across the Lifestyle team.
• Own inventory movements and chase actions with Allocator.
• Generate ideas and implement forward-looking strategies.
• Be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking under deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
