Job summary

Prada is seeking a Merchandising professional to support the Women's RTW team across Americas boutiques. You will analyze sales data, develop assortment strategies, and coordinate stock for 50+ boutiques, collaborating with Visual Merchandising and logistics.

The role requires 5+ years in merchandising, luxury retail experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and travel. This is a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for market insights and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of merchandising experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience in WRTW and luxury industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable with public speaking.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze weekly Excel sales reports to ensure targets.
• Prepare weekly business recaps for upper management.
• Assist in weekly stock rebalancing to maximize sell-thru.
• Participate in buying sessions in Milan/Virtual.
• Develop store/size seasonal assortments for 50+ boutiques.
• Execute seasonal restocking and markdowns.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align investments with brand guidelines.
• Work cross-functionally with logistics to track shipments.
