Job summary

Coach is seeking an Assistant Buyer for North America–Men’s Leather Goods, Bags & Specialty Accessories. This role focuses on omni-channel strategies, weekly/monthly reporting, and collaboration with the Buyer to manage OTB and SKU targets.

The successful candidate will drive assortment decisions with data-driven insights. You will support quarterly buys, manage SKU lifecycles, develop assortment tools, and assist in reforecasting to maximize profitability while coordinating with marketing

Responsibilities

• Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling reports and provide insights to drive performance.
• Partner with the Buyer to manage OTB and SKU targets across departments.
• Assist in executing quarterly buys and manage buys over time.
• Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete and adjust strategy.
• Build and maintain assortment tools and SKU counts season after season.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Allocation, Ecommerce Merchandising, Marketing and Store Ops.
• Solicit field feedback on product and customer environments.
