Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merch on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards.
• Communicates with management to set priorities and track progress.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and loss prevention efforts.
• Promotes and participates in store shrink reduction goals.
