Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Boardman, OH is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to uphold standards and ensure efficient processing while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support the flow of goods, organize back stock, and contribute to a clean, well-presented sales floor.

Responsibilities include training teammates, tagging merchandise, and collaborating with the Coordinator on Duty.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or potential for leadership角色.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and promoting a positive environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
