Job summary

Tom Ford Fashion is seeking a dynamic Men’s Department Manager to lead a luxury men’s selling team and drive sales targets in a flagship store. You will develop talent, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold brand standards in merchandising and operations.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, executing CRM plans, and partnering with leadership to optimize staffing and stock management, ensuring premium guest experiences and strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Availability to work during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate POS and office equipment as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets across Men’s product categories.
• Lead, coach, and develop Men’s selling team.
• Deliver outstanding client service and drive clienteling and CRM.
• Maintain Men’s sales floor to high brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Coordinate with Store Director and Buying team to drive sell-through.
