Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
• Excellent client development and relationship-building skills.
• High fashion sensitivity and knowledge of luxury industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Source, recruit, develop and maintain client book; grow spend of existing clients.
• Deliver outstanding service to TOM FORD clients and maintain product knowledge.
• Follow up on client purchases, alterations, deliveries, and special orders.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community and client activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
