Job summary

Torramics, Inc. is seeking two Process Technicians in Stanford, CA to join the Process Integration team in a hands-on cleanroom role.

You will operate MEMS fabrication tools for thin-film deposition, lithography, etch, wet clean, MEMS release, and metrology, while collecting precise data to support development. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in semiconductor/fab/MEMS environments, strong documentation habits, and the ability to work a shift schedule safely in a high-precision setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in semiconductor/fab/ MEMS environments.
• Associate degree or technical training equivalent to hands-on fab experience.
• Direct experience running process equipment in core modules (thin films, lithography, etch, metrology).
• Strong documentation habits; follow SOPs and travelers precisely.

Responsibilities

• Run and support MEMS process steps per SOPs.
• Support DOE runs and experiments; prepare equipment and wafers; log steps clearly.
• Keep tools healthy with setup, qualifications, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collect and log process/metrology data; flag out-of-spec results.
• Collaborate with process integration engineers to share real-time insights.
