• Bachelors degree and 2+ years hands-on work in the MEMS/lithography field.
• Ability to present to technicians and train hands-on.
• Capable of working both independently and in teams under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes and tooling capabilities to support internal processing.
• Coordinate with project manager on customer-specific projects and provide updates.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with production team.
• Document robust processes and DOE results for transfer to production.
