Job summary

Rogue Valley Microdevices, Inc. in Medford, OR seeks an entry‑level Process Engineer I to support MEMS lithography projects. You will collect data and analyze processes, collaborating with senior engineers to improve performance, capacity, and product quality.

You will also help prepare work travelers and standard work instructions, focusing on photolithography, etch, and deposition. Training and growth opportunities are available in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of hands‑on work experience in the industry.
• Quick learner and able to work competently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Position requires work for extended hours in cleanroom environment.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of new processes to support customer device fabrication.
• Work with a senior engineer on assigned customer specific projects.
• Assist production team in data collection and analysis for troubleshooting process issues.
• Work with a senior engineer to document and communicate robust processes while sharing DOE results.
• Support the transfer of customer device fabrication processes from engineering to production.
• Create proper documentation to capture process flows and adjustments to work instructions.
