Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience with AS9100D and semiconductor/wafer fab environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise eight or more Microfabrication Technicians, including scheduling daily work and evaluations.
• Implement MES (Eyelit) as part of MEMS technology strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional startup, configuration, and integration of Eyelit MES in mixed production/R&D.
• Manage trainings, cross-trainings and resource allocation.
• Ensure documentation and quality system compliance; implement corrective actions.
