You will drive manufacturability, yield improvements, and production readiness while collaborating with engineering and quality teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting advanced microelectronics manufacturing operations.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Partner with design engineering, NPI, and quality teams to improve predictability and delivery.
• Develop capacity and yield improvement models and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with process engineering to implement manufacturing improvements for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Define and execute manufacturing strategies to accelerate product development and field readiness.
