Job summary
The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a MEMS engineer to design and develop microelectromechanical devices and assemblies. You will conduct experiments, analyze results, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics is required.
- Experience level: 0-3 years in Microsystems Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops MEMS devices/sensors and layouts.
- Assesses performance and process capabilities via modeling or simulation.
- Tests and evaluates devices with various tools and software.
- Analyzes reliability, yield improvements, and failures.
- Develops production methods and MEMS fabrication processes.
- Drafts operating instructions, specs, and manuals.
- Communicates results to engineers and management.
- Collaborates with vendors and internal teams on new products.
