The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a MEMS engineer to design and develop microelectromechanical devices and assemblies. You will conduct experiments, analyze results, and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.
You will work with MEMS fabrication, metrology, and packaging processes, supporting defense, research, and commercial programs. A US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required, with a base salary aligned to market conditions
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics is required.
- Experience level: 0-3 years in Microsystems Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
Responsabilidades
- Designs and develops MEMS devices/sensors and layouts.
- Assesses performance and process capabilities via modeling or simulation.
- Tests and evaluates devices with various tools and software.
- Analyzes reliability, yield improvements, and failures.
- Develops production methods and MEMS fabrication processes.
- Drafts operating instructions, specs, and manuals.
- Communicates results to engineers and management.
- Collaborates with vendors and internal teams on new products.
