Job summary

Intertek Building & Construction in Memphis, TN seeks a CMT Project Manager to lead construction materials testing projects across the greater Memphis area. You will supervise field sampling, testing, reporting, and client communication while coordinating with PSI teams.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in construction materials testing and inspection
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to read and understand work plans
Basic math, calculator and computer skills
Willingness to work off shifts and overtime
Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record

Responsibilities

Field engineering duties including data reduction, analysis & fieldwork for various projects
Assist with project management & reporting
Field inspection, sampling & testing of soils, concrete, masonry, reinforcing steel, etc.
Prepare and review reports
Client consultation and maintenance
Provide support to PSI team and bid/proposal activities
Manage billing, budgets and project closeout
Coordinate field staff and dispatch technicians
