Job summary

Florence Presbyterian Community is looking for a Memory Support Care Partner to create a warm, homelike experience for residents, offering compassionate care and companionship to those with memory impairments. This full-time role includes a progressive sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes in health, support mobility, help with meals, and participate in activities to enrich residents' lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience, preferably with memory support.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Participate in social and recreational activities with residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
