Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience, preferably with memory support.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Participate in social and recreational activities with residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
