Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Durham, NC, seeks a New College Graduate Verification Engineer for the Memory Management Unit to verify the world’s leading GPUs. You will build verification infrastructure, write testbenches, and work with architects and software engineers across sites to ensure design correctness.

We value BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or related field, SystemVerilog, C/C++, constrained random testing, and experience with VCS/IES and debuggers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Exposure to Computer Architecture, ASIC design and verification methodology is required
• Strong proficiency with SystemVerilog, C and/or C++, test planning, coverage closure, and creating reusable verification components.
• Knowledgeable in constrained random testing with functional coverage and assertion-based verification.
• Understanding of object oriented programming concepts.
• Exposure to simulation tools like VCS, IES and debug tools like Debussy, GDB.
• Good debugging and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify the Memory Management Unit design and development with a focus on correctness.
• Develop verification infrastructure including testbenches, BFMs, checkers and monitors.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and software engineers across sites.
• Plan and drive verification methodology and testbench direction.
