Job summary

Broad River Retail is seeking a Home Furnishing Associate to guide customers through personalized living spaces in our retail showroom. You’ll learn guests’ motivations, present product options, and use sales techniques to help them find the perfect sleep system and furnishings that fit their lifestyle.

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential; most of our sales professionals earn $70,000–$100,000, with top performers exceeding that range.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Experience presenting product options and upselling.
• Experience discussing financing options with customers.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, learn motivation for visit and build a lasting relationship.
• Present and discuss furniture options based on discovery and needs.
• Utilize sales and upselling techniques to drive orders.
• Market new sales, events and financing options to guests.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, delivery and satisfaction.
