This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Most sales pros earn $70,000–$100,000, with top performers exceeding that range.

You will greet guests, discuss furniture options, upsell, and assist with financing, delivery, and satisfaction while growing product knowledge and sales skills in a high-energy environment.
