Qualifications

• BS + 10 years of industry experience.
• Prefers MSEE or PhD with strong SI/PI background.
• Experience with memory interfaces and package/board design.
• Lab correlation/validation of simulation results.
• Proficiency with VNA, TDR, scopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong Python coding skills and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end SI/PI simulation studies for memory systems.
• Model channels and PDN from die/interposer/PKG/PCB/PMU to meet timing specs.
• Provide guidelines to silicon, package, and system design teams.
• Correlate simulations with silicon measurements and lab results.
