Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Activity Enrichment Leader to run small-group fitness, art, music, learning, and enrichment activities for cognitively impaired seniors. You will use an established curriculum and adapt instruction to engage diverse personalities.

This full-time role offers a steady schedule, opportunities to learn and grow, and a path to bring classroom experience into senior living. A strong teaching background helps residents stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Experience teaching or leading groups preferred.
• Interest in senior living and enrichment programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead small groups of cognitively impaired seniors using our award winning Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare materials and conduct relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and trending of resident participation and maintaining compliance related documentation.
