Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an Enrichment Leader to plan, organize, and implement memory enrichment activities for seniors with cognitive disabilities in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

You will lead small groups in our Whole Brain Fitness programs, prepare materials, and assist with cognitive assessments while ensuring compliance and excellent hospitality for residents. The role requires reliability, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, physically active setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule, including weekends.
• Clear verbal and written English communication; professional, reliable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in memory enrichment activities.
• Prepare materials and conduct research to run engaging memory sessions.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track participation and maintain compliance docs.
