Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Design Engineer to design, simulate, and optimize CMOS memory circuits for DRAM and emerging technologies.

You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, verification, and manufacturing to ensure robust performance and successful tape-out. Qualified candidates have a degree in EE/CE and hands-on experience with circuit simulation tools (FINESIM, HSPICE, SPICE) and Verilog, plus knowledge of digital logic and verification methods.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational knowledge of CMOS circuit design and device physics.
• Experience with circuit simulation and modeling tools (FINESIM, HSPICE, SPICE, or VERILOG).
• Understanding of digital logic design, state machines, and verification methods.

• Design, simulate, analyze, and optimize CMOS memory circuits and blocks.
• Support physical design activities including floor planning and layout verification.
• Perform circuit simulations across operating conditions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure quality and tape-out readiness.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
