Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Design Engineer to contribute to the design, simulation, optimization, and validation of memory products across the full product lifecycle. You will partner with global teams to deliver high-quality, manufacturable solutions that optimize performance, reliability, cost, and time-to-market.

Responsibilities include designing memory circuits, performing SPICE/Verilog analyses, evaluating tradeoffs, and supporting silicon validation while leveraging AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of memory architectures and CMOS device behavior.
• Experience with circuit simulation setup, analysis, and debug using SPICE/Verilog or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and optimize digital and analog memory circuits and control logic.
• Perform circuit analysis using SPICE, Verilog, evaluating power, performance, area, and reliability tradeoffs.
• Analyze layout parasitics and support design-rule optimization for robust die-level circuitry.
• Support silicon validation, test-chip planning, and lab correlation activities.
• Collaborate with global multi-functional teams and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve design workflows.
