Regent Court Memory Care in Oregon is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized care and companionship to residents living with memory loss. You will support a small group of residents (10-12) with daily activities, help with mobility and emotional support, and ensure they feel safe and valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certified.
• CNA/HCA certification.
• One year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Patient Advocate: Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
• Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
• Collaborate and Report: Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor Vitals: Take and record residents' vitals, and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
