Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, OR is hiring a Swing Shift Med-Tech to support Memory Care residents. This full-time role runs 2:00pm–10:30pm Sundays through Thursdays, offering meaningful interactions and hands-on care.

You’ll administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, home health, hospice, and pharmacy partners as part of a compassionate care team. We value kindness, teamwork, and opportunities to grow as leaders within our caring community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in senior care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.

• Administer or assist residents with self-administering medications and treatments
• Measures vital signs and weight, and perform other health services tasks
• Communicates with physicians, implement physician orders; report and document pertinent information
• Collaborate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy partners
• Work as part of a team across departments
• Serve as a mentor and shift lead for coworkers
