Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Previous Med Tech experience
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Empathy for seniors and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments on schedule
• Monitor and document health changes
• Perform delegated tasks (blood sugar testing/insulin)
• Maintain medication storage and inventory
• Record vital signs
• Communicate with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies
• Serve as shift lead and respond to emergencies
• Keep a clean, organized med room and accurate records
• Collaborate with caregivers to support resident well-being
