Job summary

Brethren Care Village in Ashland, OH, is hiring Memory Caregivers for full-time or part-time roles across day, evening, and night shifts. The position offers competitive hourly pay from $15 to $16.80, with shift differentials of +$0.75 evenings, +$0.50 nights, and +$1 weekends, and a strong benefits package in a Christian-based senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, dining).
• Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia.
• Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean environment.
• Support residents with transportation, errands and daily routines.
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervision.

Memory Caregiver

Full Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings or Nights | Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5

Pay: $15/hr to $16.80/hr (Based on experience)

PLUS shift differentials: +$.75/hr evenings, +$.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends

Bradford Houses are specialized memory care cottages designed to provide personalized care, assistance, and supervision for seniors living with memory impairment. They offer a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for individuals who can no longer live independently at home but do not require the full range of medical services provided by a skilled nursing facility.
