Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking a nursing leader to supervise resident services staff, manage medication systems, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role includes assessing resident needs, budgeting for the department, and training staff to deliver high-quality memory care and assisted living services.

The position requires RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in department-head level operations within assisted living.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required by state regulations.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
• Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in healthcare.
• Experience at a department head level in Assisted Living or related industry.
• CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
• Experience coordinating educational events.
• Must complete Medication management training and state required training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff per policies and standards.
• Establish and maintain a medication system in line with laws and guidelines.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plans.
• Manage department within budget and policies.
• Complete Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Act as a contact for resident care issues within the community.
• Ensure adherence to state health and safety codes and federal regulations.
