Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in Chatham, IL. You will provide resident care, support the Wellness Director, supervise medication activities, and assist with daily living activities to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license, has direct patient care experience, CPR certification, and is able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions.
• CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
• Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support to the Wellness Director and staff.
• Help supervise the medication program and assist residents with self-administration of medications.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant incidents and changes in residents' needs.
• Assist in resident assessments and services plans.
• Assist in staff training and orientation of new staff.
• Attend in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing of Caregivers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
