Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is seeking a Wellness Director (RN or LPN) in East Peoria, IL. This full-time role oversees resident services, medications, and care plans for memory care residents, while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget adherence.

The position requires nursing licensure, clinical care experience, and leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage staff, with weekend availability as needed. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required by state regulations.
• Direct patient care and assessments/observation experience required.
• Experience recruiting, training and managing people in healthcare.
• Experience at a department head level in Assisted Living or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff.
• Establish a medication system per laws and guidelines.
• Perform assessments and establish service plans for residents.
• Manage daily routines and safety for residents with memory loss.
• Operate department within budget and company policies.
• Conduct Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance.
• Act as a contact for resident care issues within the community.
• Ensure adherence to state health codes and regulations.
