Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care, located in Chatham, IL, is seeking a Wellness Director (RN or LPN) for a full-time management role with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The position oversees resident services, coordinates medication management, and leads a care team to deliver high-quality memory care and assisted living services.

Qualifications include an active RN or LPN license, direct patient care experience, and a strong background in staff recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed to practice as required by state regulations.
• Experience in direct patient care and assessments.
• Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in healthcare.
• Experience at department head level in assisted living or related industry.
• CPR certification and knowledge of basic first aid.
• Must complete medication management training and state trainings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff.
• Establish and maintain a medication system per regulations.
• Perform assessments and establish service plans.
• Manage daily routines and safety for residents with memory loss.
• Operate department within budget and policies.
• Complete Quality Enhancement reviews to meet regulations.
• Act as contact for resident care issues within the community.
• Ensure adherence to policies and state/federal codes.
• Schedule and supervise staff and cover shifts as needed.
• Administer medications per guidelines when required.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance as needed.
• Provide training to new and current staff members.
• Communicate with residents, families, staff, and executives.
• Support hospitality, leasing, and sales processes with positive image.
