Qualifications

• LPN or RN license required.
• Minimum of two years in senior housing.
• Must be licensed nurse or certified to administer medications.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to ensure high-quality care and dignity for residents.
• Direct and supervise the medication program and ensure proper orders and labeling.
• Coordinate care with Home Health, Rehab, Lab, Podiatrist, and Hospice services as needed.
• Hire, supervise, and develop wellness staff; ensure 24/7 coverage and on-call support.
• Maintain resident charts, document service plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate move-ins and participate in budget and cost controls.
