Qualifications

• LPN licensed with associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in senior living, preferably memory care.
• Strong leadership with at least 2 years of supervising.
• Must have a passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach Memory Care staff per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly Memory Care programs.
• Arrange resident transportation and outings; promote resident engagement activities.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and changes and report to the Resident Wellness Director.
• Oversee department budget and supplies; ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
