Job summary

Jasmine Estates Memory Care in Oklahoma City is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to serve as Wellness Director, leading clinical operations and ensuring resident care quality.

The role collaborates with physicians and staff, oversees assessments, care plans, medication safety, infection control, and staff development while communicating with families and supporting dementia-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 2 years nursing leadership experience.
• Memory care or dementia care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state survey processes and clinical compliance.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for all nursing and caregiving staff.
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and health evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and providers.
• Monitor medication management for accuracy and safety.
• Lead infection control initiatives and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance.
• Partner with Executive Director to promote excellence.
• Communicate with families and provide updates as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for clinical concerns.
