Washington Place Memory Care in Washington, MO, is seeking an LPN Health and Wellness Director to lead the clinical team, oversee nursing services, and ensure exceptional, resident-centered care in a supportive, family-like community.

You will supervise staff, maintain compliant care plans, manage medication systems, and partner with administrators to provide orientation, training, and continuous quality improvement. Americare’s values of respect and compassion guide daily work.

Qualificações

• Licensure: A current state nursing license (LPN).
• Experience: A proven track record in nursing leadership.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both the administrative and hands-on aspects of nursing care.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services.
• Implement and maintain nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
• Collaborate with community administrators to ensure orientation and training for staff.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations.
• Manage medication systems and ensure they meet regulatory guidelines and resident needs.
• Maintain community standards and quality assurance, supporting a safe, home-like environment.
