Job summary

Cascade Living Group’s Heritage Springs Memory Care in Spring Valley, NV seeks a Wellness Director (Health Services) to lead the nursing team. You will guide staff, coordinate resident care plans, and collaborate with leaders to meet residents' needs.

You must hold an active LPN license, CPR, First Aid, and preferably Medication Certification. The role is full-time, with evenings and weekends as needed, offering competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Medication certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a significant contribution to residents' quality of life by maintaining high-quality, consistent care.
• Review routines, calendars, team schedules, and coordinate appointments, treatments, or procedures.
• Assist with new resident orientation and transition to community.
• Develop, implement and update service plans for residents.
• Take daily rounds to observe residents' physical and emotional status.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges of residents.
• Evaluate employee performance and oversee recruiting, hiring and training.
