Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Form meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help implement and coordinate the balanced daily therapeutic programming schedule.
• Coordinate entertainment with guest lecturers, musicians, and fitness instructors.
• Assist with off-site outings and ensure resident safety.
