Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Programming Coordinator in Massachusetts to organize and implement programs meeting residents' diverse needs—psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual—within a caring environment.

You will coordinate calendars, schedule events, promote activities, and edit a monthly community newsletter, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aging/dementia.
• Experience developing a robust calendar of programs for elders/dementia.
• CPR certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, overseeing, implementing and evaluating community programming to enhance resident experience.
• Overseeing scheduling of events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions.
• Developing, promoting, coordinating and overseeing community events.
• Editing, producing, and distributing a monthly community newsletter.
