Qualifications

• 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer's populations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents (with and without assistance).

Responsibilities

• Form meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help implement and coordinate the daily therapeutic programming schedule.
• Assist with support groups and educational sessions for families and staff.
