Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Memory Care STNA to deliver compassionate, hands-on care within an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community.

Qualifications

• STNA certification or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on personal care in line with accepted care standards.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness/Assisted Living Director.
• Support residents' nutritional and recreational needs, including dining assistance and activity participation.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and a hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
• Accurately document daily care, incidents, and resident concerns per facility protocol.

Memory Care STNA Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance) in line with accepted care standards
• Monitor and report changes in resident behavior, condition, and nutritional/fluid intake to the Wellness/Assisted Living Director
• Support residents' nutritional and recreational needs, including dining assistance and activity participation
• Maintain infection control, safety, and a hazard-free environment for residents and staff
• Accurately document daily care, incidents, and resident concerns per facility protocol

Qualifications:

• State STNA certification/registration or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
