The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a dedicated STNA to provide hands-on care in an independent living and assisted living environment in Mayfield Heights, OH.

You will deliver personal care, monitor resident well-being, assist with dining and activities, and maintain safety and infection control per facility standards. Requires STNA certification and CPR/First Aid; high school diploma preferred. Excellent benefits and training offered.

Qualifications

• STNA certification/registration required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required per state.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition and intake.
• Assist with dining and activity participation.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Document daily care and incidents per facility protocol.

Memory Care STNA Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance) in line with accepted care standards
• Monitor and report changes in resident behavior, condition, and nutritional/fluid intake to the Wellness/Assisted Living Director
• Support residents' nutritional and recreational needs, including dining assistance and activity participation
• Maintain infection control, safety, and a hazard-free environment for residents and staff
• Accurately document daily care, incidents, and resident concerns per facility protocol

Qualifications

• State STNA certification/registration or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification per state requirements
