Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking a Memory Care STNA to provide hands-on personal care and support for residents in an Independent Living/Assisted Living/Mental Care setting in Mayfield Heights, OH.

Responsibilities include documenting daily care, monitoring resident changes, and assisting with dining and activities while maintaining safety and infection control. STNA certification/registration is required, with HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• STNA certification/registration required or completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance) in line with accepted care standards.
• Monitor and report changes in resident behavior, condition, and nutritional/fluid intake to the Wellness/Assisted Living Director.
• Support residents' nutritional and recreational needs, including dining assistance and activity participation.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and a hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
• Accurately document daily care, incidents, and resident concerns per facility protocol.

Education
