Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in home care senior care setting, preferred
• Prior supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Home Care regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiate care plans and supervise resident care
• Develop assignments with care partners and ensure accountability for resident care
