Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to provide quality assistance to Residents in a caring manner.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift and assist Residents; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including hygiene, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Support memory care routines to minimize stress and promote dignity.
• Complete accurate documentation in resident records and Move N.
• Assist with room setup, meals, laundry and light housekeeping as required.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure resident safety.
