Job summary

IntegraCare Corporation is seeking a Resident Services Associate to assist residents with daily life functions (ADLs) such as hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation, in a friendly, respectful manner. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and memory care techniques to minimize stress and maximize cooperation.

You will support life-stages programming, document clearly in resident records, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment while coordinating with the Wellness team.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry.
• CPR or First Aid certificates required; Home Health Care or Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred; 12 hours of annual continuing education.
• Prior elderly care experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation).
• Prepare resident rooms and accompany residents to rooms, activities, and meals; maintain dignity and respect.
• Complete documentation in resident records and MOVE N software clearly and accurately.
• Support activity programming and ensure continuity of care in the absence of supervisors.
