Job summary

Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield is seeking an Resident Services Associate (Occasional Part time) to assist residents with daily life activities and memory care-informed care. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and collaboration with the Wellness team.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, room preparation, and accurate documentation in resident records. Lifting, mobility support, and adherence to infection control are essential, with a friendly, resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English orally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED or active nurse aide registry in PA.
• CPR or first aid certificates required; NHC or CNA preferred; 12 hours CE annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs with dignity and empathy.
• Prepare rooms for admission and accompany residents to room.
• Maintain accurate documentation in resident records and MOVE N.
• Support teamwork and assist RSA staff as needed.
• Respond to call lights and ensure infection control standards.
